| Well, we're back with more card art (and
one illo--click on the image to see it larger). I especially had fun doing the "MacArthur Park" foursome: The Odd Man, The Prankster, Captain 3-D, and Spellbinder. Why do I call them that? Check 'em out, Richard Harris groupies--they're all wearing a striped (pronounced "stripe-ed") pair of pants! Now if you'll excuse me--I left the cake out in the rain, and all it's sweet green icing is flowing down. I think I'd better go get it, quick--enjoy these pics! |

| More cards today--and an "oops"! Several weeks ago, you might recall my versions of various members of Popeye's supporting cast being posted on this page. I was under the impression that I had offered up my take on the ol' seadog himself the previous week, along with a plethora of other comic strip immortals, but it turns out that wasn't the case at all. My Popeye card had gotten shuffled into the nether regions of my own personal deck! But rejoice! Pop's been rediscovered and you'll find him directly below! He is what he is and that's all he is, but hopefully, that'll be enough! |
